Multiple Choice Question

The Multiple Choice question type is useful when respondents need to select one or more options from a predefined list.

How to add a Multiple Choice question

1. Open your form and click Add content.

2. Select Multiple Choice from the question menu.

3. Type your question and optional description, then press Enter to add each choice.

4. Use x to remove any answer choices you do not want.

5. Use right-side Question settings to mark this question as required.

6. Enable Show with next question when you want this question to appear in the same step.

7. Add an image or video to provide context for this question.
