Email Question

The Email question type helps you collect valid email addresses for follow-up, notifications, and contact workflows.

1. Click Add content in your form builder.

2. Select Email from the question type menu.

3. Type your email question and add an optional description.

4. Review the question in preview to verify the email input flow.

Settings

5. Use right-side Question settings to mark this question as required.

6. Enable Show with next question when you want this question to appear in the same step.

7. Add an image or video to provide context for this question.

Best practices

• Use clear wording so respondents know which email address to provide.

• Keep the question required when email is needed for follow-up.

• Avoid collecting unnecessary personal data in the same question.
