How to make a QR code for a Google Form
1. Copy your form link
Open your form in Google Forms and click Send in the top-right. Choose the link tab (the chain icon), optionally tick Shorten URL, and copy the link. It usually looks like forms.gle/… or docs.google.com/forms/…/viewform.
2. Paste it above and download
Drop the link into the field and your QR code renders instantly. Download a PNG for screens (slides, email, social) or an SVG for print — SVG stays razor-sharp at any size, which matters on posters and flyers.
3. Place it where people are
Put the code on table tents, flyers, name badges, packaging, slides, or a shop window. Keep it at least ~2 × 2 cm in print, leave white space (the “quiet zone”) around it, and don’t stretch it. Always scan it with a couple of phones before you print a batch.
