How to set up

  1. Go to OvoForm dashboard, click Integrations in the sidebar, then on the Airtable card click Add.

  1. In Connect Ovoform to Airtable, select the form you want to sync and click Continue.

  1. On the Connect to Airtable screen, click Allow access and complete Airtable authorization.

  1. In Configure Airtable, select your base.

  2. Select your table.

  1. Map form questions to Airtable fields.

  2. Click Activate Integration to finish setup.
