Find Ovoform in the directory
Open the Ovoform listing using the Connect to Claude button above.

Sign in and approve access
Choose Connect on the listing, sign in to your Ovoform account, and review the permissions.

Start a conversation
Enable Ovoform in your conversation or Project. Describe a form, or ask about your responses.
Prefer to connect manually?
You can also add Ovoform as a custom connector. Availability depends on your Claude plan and workspace settings.
- Open Claude’s Customize → Connectors, select +, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Ovoform and enter this server URL:
https://mcp.ovoform.com/mcp - Leave the client ID and secret empty, and accept the detected authentication settings.
- Save with Add, then choose Connect, sign in to Ovoform, and approve access.
- Enable Ovoform in a conversation or Project, then describe what you need.

Go from a brief to a published form

Which plan do I need?
You need a Claude account with access to connectors and an Ovoform account. Claude plan limits and workspace settings may affect connector access. Any Ovoform plan can connect. Building forms uses your Ovoform AI allowance; reading forms, responses and insights does not use that allowance.
Does it work on claude.ai and in the desktop app?
Yes. This is a remote connector linked to your Claude account. You can use it on claude.ai and in Claude Desktop, including conversations in Projects.
Do I need an API key?
No. Sign in to Ovoform in your browser and approve the connection. There is no API key to copy or store, and Claude does not receive your Ovoform password.
Is Ovoform available in ChatGPT too?
Yes. Connect the same Ovoform MCP server manually in ChatGPT using developer mode. See the Ovoform for ChatGPT page for the manual setup steps.
Can Claude delete my forms?
The connector does not allow deleting forms, contacts or tags. Taking a published form offline requires confirmation. Billing, account settings, API keys and team management are outside the connector’s permissions.
How is respondent data handled?
Email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, files and signatures are hidden by default, unless you explicitly request them. Contact details are also hidden by default. Workspaces in HIPAA mode do not return responses through the connector. Response content is marked as untrusted data for the assistant to analyse.
How do I disconnect Ovoform?
Open the connector settings in Claude and disconnect Ovoform. You can reconnect later by signing in and approving access again.
