Ovoform is not a tab or app that you install inside Teams. You build and share the form from Ovoform, and the Teams integration sends the submissions into a channel as notifications. The message is a plain summary rather than an interactive card, so it does not offer approve or reject buttons.
What syncs, and what to know
Ovoform connects through Microsoft's sign-in and posts to the channel as the person who connected it, rather than as a bot, using permission to send channel messages. Messages therefore appear under that person's name. Many teams connect with a dedicated shared account for this reason. If that account loses access to the channel, or its authorization is revoked, the integration is marked as revoked and posting stops until it is reconnected.
Each completed response is queued after it is saved, then posted as one message containing a heading, a list of question and answer pairs, the submission time and a link to the full response. All text is escaped, and file-upload answers appear as links. If the answers would make the message too large, Ovoform sends a shorter message with just the link. If Microsoft rejects a post, Ovoform retries twice, roughly one and three minutes later.
Some things are not supported. Messages are not adaptive cards, they do not mention people, and there are no approval buttons. One connection targets one team and channel. Ovoform posts as the connected account, so it can only post where that account can. Private channels have not been validated, so test with a standard channel first. The connection needs a Microsoft work or school account with access to the team.
If something goes wrong, the integration shows an error status in Ovoform, and the respondent still sees your normal thank-you screen. Responses that were not posted can be sent again with a resync, which posts them one at a time at a gentle pace so the channel is not flooded all at once.

No. Ovoform posts a formatted message with a heading, a list of answers, the submission time and a link to the full response. It is not an interactive adaptive card, so there are no buttons for approving or rejecting a request inside Teams.
No. Messages do not mention individuals or the whole channel. To make sure the right person notices, use a channel that person follows and has notifications turned on for, or add them to a channel dedicated to that form.
Ovoform posts as the account that connected, so it can post only where that account can. We have not validated private channels, so treat them as unsupported and test with a standard channel first. If a private channel matters, check it with a test submission before relying on it.
The connection needs a Microsoft work or school account with access to the team, and the integration itself is part of Ovoform's Business and Enterprise plans. We have not tested it with consumer or free Teams accounts, so we cannot promise it works with them.
