Subprocessor Disclosure

This Subprocessor Disclosure describes categories of third-party service providers that Ovoform may use to operate the Service. Actual providers may change from time to time.

1. Platform Owner

This disclosure is issued by VelocionTech Private Limited, which owns and operates Ovoform.

2. Categories of Subprocessors

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — to host application services, databases, content delivery, storage, backups, monitoring, and networking;
• Analytics and telemetry providers — to understand usage, diagnose issues, and improve performance;
• Payment processors — to process subscription payments and billing events;
• Email and communications providers — to send transactional messages, account notifications, and support-related communications;
• Customer support tools — to receive, manage, and respond to support requests;
• Authentication and security providers — to support secure sign-in, fraud prevention, and abuse detection; and
• Integration partners or platform providers — when enabled by the customer or necessary for specific features.

3. Purpose of Processing

Subprocessors may process personal data only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, maintain, and operate the Service or related business functions.

4. Changes

Ovoform may update its subprocessors from time to time without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
