This Security Policy is published by VelocionTech Private Limited, the owner and operator of Ovoform.

2. Security Practices

Ovoform may use measures such as encryption in transit, access controls, credential management, logging, monitoring, and infrastructure protections intended to reduce security risk and support platform operations.

3. Shared Responsibility

Security is a shared responsibility. Customers are responsible for strong passwords, access management, their own endpoint security, lawful data collection, exports and backups, and evaluating whether the Service is appropriate for the type of information they choose to process.

4. No Guarantee; No Compliance Representation

No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Ovoform does not warrant uninterrupted operation, incident-free processing, or successful recovery from every outage or breach. Ovoform uses certain security measures, including encryption in transit, but does not represent through this Security Policy that the Service is HIPAA compliant, GDPR compliant, or SOC 2 compliant.

5. Incident Handling

Ovoform may investigate, remediate, contain, or respond to suspected security incidents in its discretion. Notification, if any, may depend on technical investigation, legal constraints, the nature of the incident, and available information.

6. Data Recovery and Backups

The Service is not a guaranteed backup system. Customers are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of important data. Ovoform may attempt recovery in some situations, but recovery is not guaranteed, and Ovoform is not responsible for resulting data loss.

7. Global Applicability

This Security Policy applies to all users of the Service worldwide. By using the Service, users outside the United States or India acknowledge and accept that this Policy, together with the Terms of Service and related legal policies, governs the security framework and allocation of risk applicable to their use of the Service.
