Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited in connection with your use of the Service. This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service and applies globally to all users of the Service.

1. Platform Owner

This AUP is issued by VelocionTech Private Limited, the owner and operator of Ovoform, and all protections and enforcement rights under this AUP apply for the benefit of the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers.

2. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Service only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes. You are responsible for all conduct, communications, forms, and activities carried out through your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, legal obligation, or third-party right;
• send spam, phishing emails, scam forms, deceptive notices, or unsolicited mass communications;
• harvest passwords, payment information, or confidential credentials through deception;
• distribute malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code;
• promote fraud, hate, violence, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or abusive conduct;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by Ovoform;
• probe, scan, crawl, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or related systems;
• circumvent security, access controls, billing restrictions, usage limits, or technical controls; or
• use the Service in a way likely to disrupt other users or compromise platform integrity.

4. Restricted Data

Unless and until Ovoform expressly states otherwise in a separately executed written agreement, you must not use the Service to collect, store, or process highly sensitive, regulated, or restricted data, including health records, protected health information, biometric identifiers, payment card data, government-issued identification numbers, or other data for which heightened legal obligations apply. If you nevertheless use the Service for such data, you do so at your own risk and remain fully responsible.

5. Enforcement

Ovoform may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, remove content, cooperate with law enforcement, or take any other action it considers appropriate to protect the Service, users, respondents, or third parties.
